Tasting Notes

Jermann Vintage Tunina 2012 is made with fruit from a 16 hectare vineyard parcel known as Ronco del Fortino, harvested 2 weeks later than other areas. Jermann blends the wine from each parcel to give a harmonious and balanced wine which reflects the character of the vintage. Made with Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit grapes, the bottled wine is straw yellow with honey and flowers on the nose. Soft on the palate, it is dry, full-bodied and well-balanced.
Vintage Tunina pairs well with truffled first courses, with a great variety of fish dishes, especially oven-baked fish and fish in sauce and it can easily be enjoyed with white meats.
