Tasting Notes

A small-batch wine with beautiful Gewürz. qualities. Brightly perfumed and floral, with notes of rose petals and kiwi. The palate is rich but finishes brightly on the tongue. Dry but fruity, this wine boasts flavours of pear, rose, kiwi and kumquat with hints of cloves and allspice with a moderate-long finish. Drink now or hold for 4-6 years.

Food Pairings: Fish and shellfish, lobster, pulled pork, BBQ, spicy asian and middle-eastern dishes, vegetables and fresh salads. Pairs well with firm cheeses.
