The Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru is 100% Chardonnay from highly rated vineyards that delivers a fresh, lively and crisp taste that is ideal as an aperitif or great with oysters and shellfish.

A step up is the vintage 2012 Grand Cru Champagne which comes from only the top vineyards of the Cote des Blancs region and is also 100% Chardonnay. With extended aging on the lees this wine is rich and powerful with toasted brioche and buttery complexity that you can enjoy now or age for many years to come.

Finally the Rose is a blend of 84% Chardonnay and 16% Pinot Noir still wine giving this a wonderful red cherry and wild strawberry character that you can enjoy with grilled shrimp or with a raspberry dessert.
