About the Pearce Predhomme Pinot Gris 2017...

Brilliant straw colour, youthful, medium intensity aromas of white peach, stonefruit, green apple & citrus. Bright acidity & freshness on the palate, round mouthfeel, & refreshing. Distinctly Oregonian; a clean, fresh, & refreshing style of Pinot Gris.

This Pinot Gris is zesty and fresh, and pairs amazingly with sushi, ceviche and even richer meals like fish and chips! It is also beautiful with white meats, such as chicken and turkey.

About the Pearce Predhomme Pinot Noir 2017...
Reflective of the volcanic nature of the soil & cooler 2017 vintage, the Pearce Predhomme Hyland Vineyard truly expresses it’s place. Red cherries & raspberries on the nose, very floral - dried violets. Underlying hint of sous-bois. Firm yet delicate tannins. Extremely refined & perfumed, the most delicate Pinot Noir expression we’ve made to date.

Pinot Noir is very versatile to pair. With Pinot being a lighter red wine, it goes well with fish such as salmon; and it is also delicious with duck confit and other roast meats and mushrooms.

About the Pearce Predhomme Chenin Blanc 2019...

This Chenin Blanc is a Wild Ferment, meaning that the fermentation started with the grapes' own natural yeasts. On the nose, it has fresh aromas of under-ripe stone fruit & tangerine, with firm minerality & restraint. This is a texture-driven wine, the intensity & weight is by the grape only, with an almost grippy finish. The acid is perfectly balanced with the weight, giving the impression of heft without the additives. A naked & true representation of South African Chenin Blanc.

This Chenin Blanc pairs perfectly with all kinds of fresh seafood; and also with tartares (specially those that include avocado!). Smoked salmon or trout would also be delicious next to a glass of this old vines Chenin.
Its rich texture makes it suitable to be paired with goat cheese, roast chicken and butternut squash.

About the Pearce Predhomme Cinsault/Syrah 2018...
It has a brilliant medium purple colour in the glass. On the nose, it's all about fresh ripe red & black fruit; cherry, strawberry, wild raspberry; with hints of intense spice, sous bois, smoke... It also has a granite minerality. On the palate it is light-bodied, with a vibrant acid and grippy though delicate tannins. It intermingles with surprisingly powerful fruit & spice; punching above its weight in flavour. It is very balanced & low alcohol.

This light red pairs with all manner of dishes: from barbecue meats to grilled salmon, going through spicy dishes and sweet and sour meals.
