Tasting Notes

This Brunello results from a careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes from Paradiso’s certified organic vineyards.

It's notable elegance is due to the fact the vineyards actually lie to the north of Montalcino, in a cooler zone in which vines can grow in a balanced way and avoiding heat stress, producing delicate, refined and elegant red wines.

Harvested by hand from mid-September onwards.
Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats followed by ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels of 5 hL capacity and 18 months in French oak barrels of 20-30 hl capacity and finally another 18 months of refinement in bottle before release.

Comment
Ruby core colour, with garnet hued rim.
Delicate bouquet of forest fruits, musk and floral tones. This wine has fruit characteristics typical of Brunello with a uniquely soft, elegance and intense profile.
