Tasting Notes

The Riserva comes from “Le Macchiarelle”, the oldest vineyard of the estate. The structure, character and the complexity of this unique Riserva are the result of a combination of soil, exposure and the age of the vineyard.

Vinified for 30 -35 days in stainless stell vats at controlled temperature.

Aged for 36 months in medium size french oak casks (3,000L) and French oak tonneaux (500L), then further aged for 2 years in bottle before release.
