Hand picked and hand sorted from a reduced crop. Aged 26 months in new French and Eastern European Barrels. Blend of 60% Cab. Franc, 20% Cab. Sauv and 20 % Merlot

Colour: Deep crimson
Nose : smoky and toasty, with tobacco, red fruit, chocolate wafer, cigars
Palate : brightly balanced, full bodied with well structured acidity, sweet and soft tannins and vanilla finish. Long ,complex finish.

Food Pairings : high quality gourmet burger, strip loin steak, lamb stew
