Tasting Notes

The vineyards of Crete are planted on the northern part of the island, protected from the warm African winds by the mountains that crisscross the island from east to west. The unique Cretan ecosystem provides the ideal environment for the production of wine. The wine has a shiny ruby colour. The fine aromas of spices and dry fruits, typical for the Kotsifali grapes, are coupled in harmony with the aromas of tobacco and vanilla from the oak barriques. Balanced and rounded mouth and long- lasting aftertaste.
