Cantina Moscone’s 2016 ‘Bussia’ DOCG Barolo – an exclusive, meticulously crafted red wine. Selected grapes undergo a gentle pressing, initiating traditional red vinification with an 18-20 day maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the Barolo matures for over 4 years, with an additional 6 months of rest. Aging in French oak barrels, stainless steel vats, and bottles yields an exceptional wine with 14-14.5% vol. alcohol content. Unlock the potential for extensive aging, over 20 years, and indulge in its luminous garnet hue, evolving into a delicate pale orange over time.
