2017 Cabernet Merlot Reserve

The deep, garnet colour of this blend gives way to aromas of red currant, vanilla, coconut, and hibiscus flower.

On the palate, the Cabernet Merlot Reserve is medium-bodied and dry, with great acidity and round tannins. Dark plum and black currant, vanilla, coconut, and ginger round out the finish.

Pair with brisket and roasted sweet potatoes.

2016 Bella Terra Cabernet Sauvignon

Made with the best grapes from 30-year-old vines, aged 22 months in French oak barrels and then bottled unfiltered, this full-bodied red wine is an excellent example of the great wines we do here.

This wine has layers of spice with dark fruit and a hint of dark chocolate. Aerate before drinking to bring it to its full potential, or save it for a special occasion in the next decade.

Our Pinot Noir is from the New World, but it resembles the Old World style due to its notes of red cherries, leather, and spice.
