Tasting Notes

Established in 1951, the estate has been a family domain for over three generations. The winery is situated in Rully, a small, picturesque village in the Côte Chalonnaise, the heartland of sparkling wines in Burgundy. The family's desire from the start has been to remain specialized in Crémant de Bourgogne so as to guarantee savoir-faire based on their experience; offering you constant quality is their priority.

TASTING NOTE

A traditional method sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes are sourced from select vineyards in the Côte de Beaune. The Crémant develops all of its aromas and acquires its typicity thanks to a minimum ageing of 16-18 months in bottle. This is more like a baby Champagne.

A beautiful, intense pink hue with fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with notes of red fruits. The rich and full palate (aromas of ripe apricots, redcurrants and raspberries) maintains all of its finesse. This Crémant Rosé de Bourgogne is a pure Pinot Noir, both intense and refined. Perfect as an aperitif, or it can beautifully enhance a chocolate or red fruit dessert.
