WINEMAKING TECHNIQUES
Sourced from high quality Niagara vineyards
Harvest: late September
Fermented in stainless steel for 12 days; partial malo-lactic
Aged solely in stainless steel for six months
Cold stabilized and bottled to preserve fruit characters

WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Green apple and citrus are apparent on the nose with a touch of floral aromas. On the palate peaches, pears, and fresh apple peel are balanced with a touch of sweetness that causes the wine to linger on the palate. A fine balanced acidity gives this wine good structure and complements the soft fruit flavours.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Easy drinking and fruit forward, the sweet and balanced nature of this wine does not require food for enjoyment. Summer sipping on the deck is the perfect complement to this Chardonnay Musqué. If serving with food, pair with lighter fare such as grilled chicken, freshly prepared salads served with fresh fruit and pine nuts or a selection of soft artisan cheeses.
