Tasting NotesGrown just around the hill from the Grand Cru of Corton Charlemagne, these vines are rooted between 250-300m in the foothills of the hillside, in clay / limestone soils mixed with chaillots. It was native fermented in foudre, where it remains for 11 months, with full MLF and no bâtonnage. White flowers, pear blossoms, white blossoms, river stones glide along the silken palate, with a firmly buzzy chalky underlay through a very saline finish. |
